Welcome to our website

The ”Midwest City Lacrosse Conference” (MCLC) is a post-collegiate league of Men’s Field Lacrosse in the Midwestern United States. The MCLC was founded in 1990 as a merger between the “City Division” of the Midwest Club Lacrosse Association and the 3 year old “Midwest Club Championship” invitational tournament. The MCLC is comprised of an “East” and “West” division with 7 teams each. It currently has 14 member teams, divided evenly into their respect divisions due to their geographic location. Like most other lacrosse leagues, the MCLC plays its games during the Spring. Each year, the top teams from the league meet in the playoffs to battle for the MCLC League Title.

A New Champion to be Crowned… Eventually

With Columbus vacating the 2011 MCLC title, there will be a new Champion crowned.  The MCLC Executive Committee and member teams are currently hard at work to organize a new title game between the Minnesota Lakers Lacrosse Club and Lincoln Park Lacrosse Club.  A date and time are still to be organized, but a neutral site will have to be chosen.  Through this process the Windy City Lacrosse Club has risen to third place overall.  Please stay tuned for more information as it develops.
